To be able to register in the European and Italian registers, it is necessary to have a registered office in the country where you want to market. Companies without a Permanent Establishment, EU or Extra EU, are therefore obliged to appoint an "Authorized Representative" resident in the member country, who becomes responsible for the fulfillment of the obligations falling on the "producer" pursuant to the regulations of the State in which he is made the sale.

"PRODUCER" BASED IN ANOTHER MEMBER STATE WHICH SELLS TO END USERS IN ITALY 

The Producer based in another Member State who supplies EEE and Batteries to end users in Italy is required to take care of all the WEEE / WBA obligations placed on the Producers established in Italy, through an "Authorized Representative" residing in Italy. , which will take care of the obligations relating to the registration in the EEE Register and in the Battery Register, will coordinate relations with the collective scheme chosen to meet the obligations established by the legislation.
